Payment Processing and Sales

 In order to assure our customers have an easy and secure purchase at Max’s Choice, we use Paypal to process all of our payments. You do not have to have a Paypal account to shop Max’s Choice.  Paypal processes payments including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Bank Debit Cards.  If you do not have a Paypal account you can check out as a guest in Paypal and it will still process your payment by credit or debit card.

Return Policy

It is our goal to assure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased from Max’s Choice please contact our Customer Service Department at Jen@MaxMichel.com Please notify Customer Service within 3 days of delivery.  Certain policies do apply:

  • Customer Service must be contacted within 3 days of delivery via email to Jen@MaxMichel.com
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or there was an error that was made by us.
  • We will not accept any item that has been used.

 

 If your item is damaged, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery and keep the item with the original package you received it in. 

Privacy Policy

Max’s Choice does not collect, sell, or share your personal information with any third party. You will be contacted by the e-mail you provide in regards to your order, if needed.  If you sign up for the newsletter, you will be contacted by Max’s Choice with special promotions and Coupon Codes for savings at our store.  If you wish to be removed from this list at anytime you can unsubscribe by sending an e-mail to Jen@MaxMichel.com
